Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and full name.

Contact & Shipping Details: When you set up your profile, we store your full name, phone number, and shipping address (address line 1 & 2, city, state, and ZIP code) so we can fulfill your orders.

Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. We store a Stripe customer identifier, a reference to your saved payment method, and the last four digits and brand of your card. We never receive or store your full card number, CVC, or other raw card data — that is handled entirely by Stripe.

Bidding Activity: We record the items you bid on, your bid amounts, your bidder name and email, and any proxy bidding settings you configure (including your maximum proxy bid amount).

Order & Invoice History: When you win an auction or place an order, we create records of your purchase, including your email, name, amount paid, chosen fulfillment method (pickup or shipping), and shipping address.

Mystery Box Orders: For mystery box purchases, we collect your name, email, phone, quantity, shipping address, and any order notes.

Item Requests & Offers: If you submit an item request, we store your name, email, the item you're looking for, a description, and your maximum budget. If you make an offer on a sale item, we store your name, email, phone, offer amount, and any message you include.

Usage & Analytics: We may collect analytics data such as event interactions and device information to understand how the app is used and improve it.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
• To process bids, proxy bids, and automatically charge winning bidders through Stripe.
• To fulfill orders, including shipping items to your provided address or arranging pickup.
• To communicate with you about your bids, orders, invoices, and account.
• To review, accept, decline, or counter offers you submit on sale items.
• To search for items you've requested and notify you if found.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unpaid invoices.
• To improve our services, troubleshoot issues, and analyze usage.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to operate the service:

• Stripe — for payment processing and charging saved cards.
• Shipping carriers — to deliver items to your address.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, and infrastructure that support the platform.
• Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time from your profile, which removes your personal data from active use.

• Access and update your profile and shipping information from your account.
• Add, change, or remove your saved payment method at any time.
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of analytics tracking where applicable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and restricted access. Payment data is tokenized and handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
